Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Vegan Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot recommended)
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- For the Vegan Ranch:
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- In a bowl, combine hot sauce and melted vegan butter.
- Toss roasted cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
- For the ranch, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve cauliflower wings with vegan ranch.
