Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Vegan Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • For the Vegan Ranch:
    • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine hot sauce and melted vegan butter.
  5. Toss roasted cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
  6. For the ranch, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
  7. Serve cauliflower wings with vegan ranch.
