Ingredients
1½ lb. fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells
¾ cup chili sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Several dashes hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Thaw shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp. Cook shrimp in
lightly salted boiling water 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn
opaque, stirring occasionally. Rinse in a colander under cold
running water; drain again. Chill 2 hours or overnight. - For sauce, in a bowl stir together the remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill until serving time. Serve shrimp with sauce.
