Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) young green jackfruit in water or brine, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
Directions
- Shred the jackfruit using two forks, removing the core pieces.
- In a skillet, combine shredded jackfruit, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and jackfruit is tender.
- Serve jackfruit on slider buns with coleslaw
