Directions

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: Add all ingredients except the milk or water to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend: Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust consistency: If the dressing is too thick, add milk or water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
  5. Chill: Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Tips & Variations

  • Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few drops of hot sauce.
  • Garlic lover: Use 1 clove of fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.
  • Herb it up: Experiment with different herbs like cilantro or tarragon.
  • Make it lighter: Substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream and use low-fat mayonnaise.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
