Ingredients
¾ cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

8 cups (1 head) finely chopped green cabbage
¼ cup shredded and chopped carrot (about ½ carrot)
2 tablespoons minced white onion
Directions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegars, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir the cabbage, carrot, and onion into the dressing.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
